Penguin Club for Children
Children wanting a little break from their parents - and the reassurance that they will be in good hands - can drop off the adults at the beach or pool and flee to Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort's Penguin Club. Your child's craving for fun and adventure will be satisfied at the resort's dedicated kids' centre, where they can be assured of hours of fun-filled activities and sports. The Club provides your precious little ones with a bevy of fun games and educational activities facilitated by qualified, nurturing associates.
The Penguin Club offers activities for children between 4 and 12 years of age. These include paper crafting, ice cream making, Batik painting, learning Thai dance, sand castle sculpting, cartoon drawing, and paper plate crafts.
Apart from the Penguin Club, the resort's wide range of sports and recreation facilities and services-including a nine-hole mini-golf course set amidst lush tropical greens, tennis and squash lessons for beginners and free non-motorized water sports equipment-are sure to provide children with countless hours of fun and safe leisure time.
The Penguin Club can be enjoyed at no additional charge to all our guests. Our in-room babysitting service is also available for your convenience. To ensure staff availability, it is recommended that all bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Please notify our spa associates if you have any allergies, high-blood pressure, physical ailments, disabilities-especially if you're pregnant-before booking a treatment. Wear what is comfortable for you. You can wear your own undergarments, or disposable briefs will be provided. Our therapists use draping techniques to protect your privacies, so your treatment can be enjoyed without clothes if you prefer. If you would like the room temperature or volume of the music changed, please let your therapist know-this is your time to enjoy the moment to the fullest.
We would recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and change clothes. Unless cancelled or rescheduled, your treatment begins on the appointed time. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. A 50% charge will be collected for treatments not cancelled four hours in advance.
Oversized Swimming Pools + Pool Deck
Endless hours of limitless relaxation are in store at Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort's two oversized swimming pools, located next to the beach and surrounded by reclining sun loungers and an enticing Jacuzzi. The larger, lagoon-style pool measures 60 by 90 metres, while the smaller lap pool is 26.5 by 11 metres. An adjacent paddling pool is the ideal spot for kids.
Enjoy sumptuous snacks and refreshing beverages while sun bathing or lounging around the pool. Our pool butlers are available from 9am to 5pm to serve food and drinks.
The resort's swimming pools and beach are manned by Australian gold-standard trained lifeguards. Emergency phone stations are available around the pool and beach areas. Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
