Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort is terraced up a steep hillside overlooking Kamala Cove at the southern tip of Kamala Beach. Most of the 199 rooms offer unobstructed panoramic views of the Andaman Sea with its spectacular tropical sunsets. The Regency Club features open-concept bedrooms and bathrooms, overlooking the resort from a large balcony with jacuzzi or private dipping pools. Regency Club Guests also have access to the Club Lounge, featuring a private infinity pool. As the resort is located on a steep hillside, persons with disabilities or special needs are advised that all rooms are solely accessible via staircases.

The beach in front of the resort is obtainable via a small coastal road and the depth of the water is not suitable for swimming in the sea. The hotel is providing a complimentary shuttle service to the public main Kamala beach on a fixed schedule between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
