Koh Munnork is the only private island beach resort in Thailand and just three hours from Bangkok. We are the ultimate destination for privacy, rest and relaxation, and amazing views of one of the most stunning locations on earth.
Accessible only by our private boat, our resort is the only one on the island surrounded by untouched forest and pristine white sand beaches. An idyllic setting that is endlessly peaceful, this island is about you, the sea and the trees.

Seemingly salvaged from a shipwreck or reclaimed from the tide, furnishings at the Terrace Restaurant reflects the resort’s castaway island feel. Enjoy the simple pleasure of eating off various collections of cutlery and dishware from years of barter and trade, or enjoy the gourmet cuisine and cocktails served in chunky, grabbable jars beneath light fittings crafted from sun-bleached rope.
At Epi[K]urean, we believe that to truly get to know a destination, you have to immerse yourself in the local culture and cuisine. On Koh Munnork Private Island, we offer a range of private and shared culinary experiences to savor. Catch your own lunch dinner (or at least have a good go) on a day or night fishing trip around the island. Take a guided tour of the local market and fishing village to learn more about local produce. Expand your skills with a cooking class led by our executive chef and enjoy a lunch of your creations with a well-earned bottle of wine.
Our Beach Bar helps you quench your thirst for Thai herbal drinks and juices, classic cocktails and our locally-inspired signature cocktails. Experience the magic of sunset with our daily special sundowner program and then linger into the twilight hours as the bar becomes the island’s main attraction and guests mingle to the sound of smooth house grooves and the waves breaking below.
Choose something from our bar, restaurant or snack menu and we’ll serve it at your sun lounger, leaving you free to enjoy a dip in our semi-saltwater pool.
Accommodation
Garden View Bungalow
Set a little way back from the beach, Garden View Bungalows are just a short stroll from the water with the little extra privacy this orientation affords. They are also slightly larger than the beachfront accommodations, making them perfect for families with young children or couples that prize more space to share. Each bungalow has 2 queen size beds and a day bed in the entrance way, fronted by a private veranda with a day bed overlooking the lush garden and ocean just a stone's throw away. We have 12 Garden View Bungalows all together, nine of which have two showers, two toilets, and two basins to better accommodate families.

Sea View Bungalow
Each of the three Sea View Bungalows feature the same design as our Garden View Bungalows – set back from the beach, they are slightly larger than beachfront accommodations and incorporate a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, a day bed in the reception area and a private veranda – but are distinguished by their spectacular sea views.

Beachfront Bungalow
Awaken to the sound of the ocean just meters from your door in your very own hideaway… Simply furnished with a queen size bed, a small sofa and lounge area, each of our seven Beachfront Bungalows command humbling beach vistas and uninterrupted views over the Gulf of the Siam where the ocean blends seamlessly with the horizon. Designed for two, Beachfront Bungalows are the perfect retreat for couples with a bathroom boasting his and her basins, toilet, indoor and outdoor showers with direct beach access.

Family Bungalow
For large family or group of friends, our spacious Family Bungalow has ample room to relax and enjoy Koh Munnork Private Island’s Eden-like appeal. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and queen bed and connects directly to the second bedroom, furnished with two single beds and two day beds, each of which can be converted into two more single beds. Located to the rear of the property, the Family Bungalow enjoys a partial sea view from its spacious veranda.
