The resort is a great place for families with kids, with two large swimming pools in an expansive tropical garden setting of sprawling lawns, shaded by palm trees gives the central area of the resort its generous, wide-open feeling.
The fun slide keeps the kids occupied for hours! Plenty of sun beds are on hand for relaxing, reading or sunbathing on the lawns or on the beach, while the children play safely within sight nearby.
We have plenty of facilities to keep the kids occupied leaving time for the adults to relax.

Café Loma
Enjoying a meal at Café Loma is a must during any visit to Sam Roi Yot. We take pride in the exceptional cuisine created by our Chef, Jared Kaulukukui. Located right on the beach, our guests can enjoy a continental style breakfast at our on site restaurant.
All our food is made with the finest ingredients and we use organic free-range eggs from Golden Lay Asia Farm from Sam Roi Yot, organic salad and homemade Jam.

Upper Floor With Balcony
Balcony rooms are located one floor above ground level and overlook either the pool or garden areas. Room size, furnishings, and amenities are the same as the bungalow rooms. Every room has a private balcony offering panoramic views of the beach or mountains. Both connecting rooms and non-connecting rooms are available.
Superior Bungalow Garden View
Each of our bungalow rooms is equipped with either one double bed or 2 twin beds, a writing desk, refrigerator, cable TV with international channel, and individual bathroom with shower. Room size is 24 m² including room and bathroom. Both connecting rooms and non-connecting rooms are available. Bungalow rooms are either located directly adjacent to the pool area or face the expansive garden/lawn area. There is a veranda with chairs and a table at the entrance of each room for you to enjoy sitting outside.
One Bedroom Suite Garden View
We have one 1 bedroom suite, which is also located one floor above ground level and overlooks the garden. It includes a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, and a separate sitting room with small kitchenette. Room amenities includes a refrigerator and cable TV in Living room and bedroom. Panoramic views of the beach and mountains can be enjoyed from the private balcony.
Two Bedroom Deluxe Suite Garden View
The 2 bedroom suite are located at the far end of the garden/lawn area. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. The apartments have a large living room with sitting area and cable TV. There is also a kitchenette equipped with sink, hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, as well as cooking utensils and dishware. The spacious balconies with picnic tables have a great view of the entire resort. The garden level apartments look out over the garden while the upper floor apartments have a view of beach and sea off in the distance.
Three Bedroom Family Suite Private Pool & Jacuzzi
Our villas are located at the rear of the resort adjacent to the parking area. Each villa is made up of two 3 bedroom apartments and has a nice, private garden with swimming pool and jacuzzi, which is only for the use of the ground apartment. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. The apartments have a large living room with dining area/kitchenette, sitting area and cable TV. The kitchenette is equipped with sink, hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, as well as cooking utensils and dishware. Ground floor units have a large table and sun bed. Outside cooking and BBQ are forbidden. Upper floor units have a spacious balcony.
